Please notify us at info@imboutique.com.au immediately if there is a problem with a purchase. We do not give refunds for incorrect choice. We do however exchange for incorrect sizing on full priced merchandise. Goods that need to be exchanged must be sent and paid for by the customer and received by our office NO LATER than 7 days (within Australia) or 14 days (outside Australia) from the shipping date. We advise that goods be returned registered or insured to guarantee their return to us. We cannot be held responsible if for some reason the items are not safely delivered to us. Any duties, customs clearance fees, taxes applicable to items being returned are the responsibility of the customer. Due to health regulations, goods must be returned in the condition that they were purchased complete with swing tags, packaging and receipt. Goods will not be exchanged without an accompanying im receipt and without prior authorisation. The cost of returning goods to the client is at the customer's expense and any duties, custom clearance fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items not returned within 7 days (within Australia) or 14 days (outside Australia) will not be exchanged and returned to the customer at their expense. Items on Sale may not be exchanged for incorrect choice unless proven faulty at the time of purchase and may not be purchased with any promotional credit vouchers.
