Once an order is despatched it is the responsibility of the client to supply any documentation required by the relevant authorities in their country to release and deliver the goods. It is also the responsibility of the client to accept any further charges such as duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and the like if imposed by their country. im cannot be held responsible for any costs or requests from governmental bodies, freight companies or the like.

Should the order not be accepted for delivery by the client and the goods returned to im they will be responsible for any return shipping, duties and customs fees charged to im and will also be charged a 50% cancellation fee on the goods purchased. Any original shipping and/or insurance fees are non refundable.
